Damaged Products

- Photographs of the packaging received

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

- Issue a refund for the damaged item
Conditions for Damage Claims
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- The damage must have occurred before or during delivery.
- The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Sufficient photographic evidence must be provided.
- The item must not have been altered, misused, or intentionally damaged after delivery.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products that have been used, opened, or altered
- Minor variations in colour, size, or appearance that do not affect functionality
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing
